How to book a package

This video will walk you through booking a Bender package:

  1. Prepare Required Information: Gather login credentials for the Bender account (or be ready to create one), credit card details, payment plan preferences, and roommate details (if applicable).

  2. Select Your Package: Visit the event site, select the desired package (e.g., Lux room), and proceed to the Bender reservation system. Choose specific options within that room type (e.g., bed type).

  3. Add-On Options: Decide on any extras, such as premium wristbands, VIP upgrades, or additional pre/post-event nights. Assign any add-ons to either yourself or your roommate.

  4. Roommate Details: If you have a roommate, enter their details here. If not, leave this blank for now, but be aware of deadlines for adding roommate info.

  5. Payment Options: Choose a payment method. Options include:

    • Paying in full yourself
    • Splitting the cost 50/50 with your roommate
    • Setting up a payment plan (either individually or split with a roommate)

  6. Review and Confirm: Check all reservation details, including your and your roommate's personal and billing info. Confirm terms and conditions and enable autopay (recommended to avoid missed payments).

  7. Finalize Payment: Submit payment, starting with an initial deposit (if on a payment plan). Repeat payment steps for the roommate if splitting costs.

  8. Travel Insurance Option: After booking, you’ll have the option to add travel insurance.

  9. Confirmation: Once done, you’ll receive a confirmation screen and email summarizing your reservation details.

This completes the reservation process for The Bender!
