Bender Jamboree Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions

Refunds & credits:

  • All sales are final.
  • No refunds or credits will be issued for any reason.
  • Fees in relation to completed transactions (but not limited to): booking, payment plan, late payment, name change, administrative, and transaction fees are non-refundable.
  • Purchasers are responsible for checking all purchase requirements, including age and identification requirements. No refunds will be processed for attendees who are denied entry due to not having met these requirements.
  • Purchasers understand that they are purchasing for the entire Bender Jamboree event and not a particular artist's performance. Therefore, no refunds will be issued in the event of any talent cancellations for any reason.
  • Artist lineups and schedules are subject to change at any time.
  • In the event of an event cancellation, refunds will be provided to attendees who have purchased for the canceled event.
  • Bender Presents will NOT offer any refunds, in whole or in part, for any circumstance that would prohibit the attendee from attending. This includes (but is not limited to): medical emergencies, unemployment, death, weather events, transportation interruption, general strike, pandemic, or civil unrest.
  • Protect your investment with Travel Guard. See "Travel Insurance" below.
  • All deposits and payments are non-refundable.

Travel Insurance:

Travel Insurance is a plan you purchase that protects you from certain financial risks and losses that can occur while traveling. These losses can be minor or significant, like last-minute trip cancellations or a medical emergency. Travel insurance will be offered when purchasing your package.

  • The Bender Jamboree has a strict no-refunds policy. All deposits and payments are non-refundable. If you wish to protect your investment, we strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance.
  • Protect your investment with our third-party travel insurance partner Travel Guard. Call 1 (800) 826-5248 or click to explore options from our partner, Travel Guard.
  • We recommend a Gold or better policy that includes Cancel For Any Reason.

Payment Plan Fees

  • The fee to use the payment plan is 5% of your reservation total.
  • If you're splitting payment, each party will pay 5% of the portion they owe.

Signature & Luxe Packages

  • Upon checkout: $500 deposit (or $250 per if splitting payment) + payment plan fee.
  • March 18, 2025, First payment : 50% of the balance due
  • June 17, 2025, Final payment : Remaining balance due

Suite Packages

  • Upon checkout: $1000 deposit (or $500 per if splitting payment) + payment plan fee.
  • March 18, 2025, First payment : 50% of the balance due
  • June 17, 2025, Final payment : Remaining balance due

Payment Plan Schedule & Missed Payments

  • March 18, 2025: First payment due.
  • March 21, 2025: A $35 late fee is applied to any overdue reservations.
  • March 25, 2025: Any still overdue reservations enter cancellation state. Official notice of pending cancellation sent. A $50 reinstatement fee is applied to any overdue reservations. This is in addition to the $35 late fee previously applied, totaling $85 in fees.
  • March 31, 2025: Any overdue reservations are canceled. Any and all payments made to date are forfeit.
  • June 17, 2025: Second & Final payment due.
  • June 20, 2025: A $35 late fee is applied to any overdue reservations.
  • June 24, 2025: Any still overdue reservations enter cancellation state. Official notice of pending cancellation sent. A $50 reinstatement fee is applied to any overdue reservations. This is in addition to the $35 late fee previously applied, totaling $85 in fees.
  • June 30, 2025: Any overdue reservations are canceled. Any and all payments made to date are forfeit.

Payment Plan Additional Terms

  • NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS will be issued back to the guest(s) in the event of cancellation due to non-payment of payment plan installments. 
  • To any persons who default on payment plan payments, Bender Presents reserves the right to deny those persons usage of the payment plan option for any future Bender Presents event.
  • If you are unable to make a payment as scheduled, please contact Bender Support by submitting a support ticket via the FAQ / online help center PRIOR to the payment due date to avoid cancellation of the entire order.

Attendee Communications:

  • Bender Presents primarily communicates with attendees via electronic mail. Attendees are responsible for ensuring that they provide Bender Presents with a valid email address and that this address is kept up-to-date.
  • Bender Presents recommends that the attendee “whitelist” the domain benderjamboree.com in all email clients to ensure proper delivery of electronic mail.
  • These terms and conditions shall not be excused or invalidated in whole or in part due to undelivered emails or emails marked as spam.

Name Additions & Name Changes:

  • Only the Primary Guest can make changes to the reservation, such as adding or removing guests or changing names.
  • If your guest has financial responsibility on this reservation, their consent is required.
  • If a guest is removed from a reservation, their balance becomes the Primary Guest's responsibility. Payments made by the removed guest will NOT be refunded.
  • It is between the guests in the reservation to work out the finances and fees.
  • No fees will be charged through June 30, 2025, for name changes and name additions. See the fee schedule below.
  • The Primary Guest may initiate a name addition or change here.

Name Additions Fees

  • July 1st - July 18th, the fee is $25.00 per person added to the reservation
  • July 19th - August 21st, the fee is $75.00 per person added to the reservation
  • August 21st is the FINAL deadline for all reservation changes

Name Additions after August 21, 2025, are not guaranteed

Name Changes Fees

  • July 1st - July 18th, the fee is $50.00 per person
  • July 19th - August 21st, the fee is $100.00 per person
  • August 21st is the FINAL deadline for all reservation changes
  • Name Changes after August 21, 2025, are not guaranteed 

Reservation Changes:

  • All changes MUST be sent in writing. Changes will NOT be accepted over the phone.
  • The Primary Guest is the ONLY person that can request to make changes to the reservation.
  • Upgrading to a higher-priced category is allowed. Downgrading to a lesser-value item is not allowed.
  • The Primary Guest must request changes by contacting Bender Support by submitting a support ticket via the FAQ / online help center.
  • Do not contact Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino to change Bender reservations. 
  • The final deadline to make changes is August 21, 2025. No changes or additions will be allowed, including adding unnamed guests after August 21, 2025, and must be done in person at Bender Support check-in and will incur a fee.
  • Please note: If a guest is removed from a reservation and has a balance, the balance will become the Primary Guests responsibility. Any payments made by the guest being removed will NOT be refunded and will remain as a credit on the reservation.
  • It is between the guests in the reservation to work out the finances and fees.
  • Failure to check in to your room by Friday will result in your room being released back to the hotel. If you anticipate arriving late, please contact Bender Support prior to Friday to make arrangements.
  • NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS will be issued for any reason. Once items are purchased, they are NON-REFUNDABLE. See “Refunds and Credits” section above.

Transfers:

  • A reservation must be paid in full before it can be transferred.
  • The transfer fee must be paid by either the reservation holder or the transfer recipient. Agree on who will pay before you begin the process.
  • If the transfer recipient has been to a past Bender, give the reservation holder the email address associated with your account.
  • Bender Presents is not involved in private transactions between parties. We will not act as a middleman or take sides in disputes. Once the transfer process begins, we assume all matters are settled.
  • The reservation holder must initiate the transfer by clicking this link

Transfer Fees

  • Transfer fee until August 21st is $225.00
  • The transfer Reinstatement Fee is $25.00 

August 21st is the FINAL deadline for all reservation changes.


No-shows

  • No refunds or credits on unused items for those who do not attend the Bender Jamboree.
  • This is in accordance with the "Refunds and Credits" section above.
  • Failure to check in to your room by Friday will result in your room being released back to the hotel. If you anticipate arriving late, please contact Bender Support prior to Friday to make arrangements.

Environmental Conditions

  • Most shows and events will take place in the indoor spaces of the property but we do host a stage at the outdoor pool area. Guests are expected to dress and prepare themselves for weather conditions. 
  • Shows at our outdoor stage are not guaranteed and subject to rescheduling and cancellation in the event of inclement weather.
  • While the Bender strictly adheres to all legal and ADA guidelines, guests with medical and sensory sensitivities to sound level, air conditions, lighting, and smells should be aware that Nevada law permits smoking within gaming areas, and artists retain exclusive control over stage production including, but not limited to, sound levels, lighting, lasers, projections and fog machines.

Prebook deposit

  • A $250 prebook deposit is required to book during the 2025 Bender Jamboree prebook period.
  • The deposit is non-transferable.
  • The deposit is refundable (minus $25 administrative fee) until August 5, 2025.
  • After August 5, 2025, the deposit is no longer refundable and will remain as a credit on the account for future use.
  • A prebook deposit is only valid for one transaction.
  • Only one guest needs to purchase a prebook deposit per reservation.
  • Prebook deposits are associated with the name and email address of the person purchasing and cannot be shared.
  • Your guest's information will be added when you book your package.

Wristband policy

  • Upon arrival and check-in, each registered attendee will be given a wristband to wear for the entire event.
  • Do not remove, stretch, or tamper with your wristband in any way. Wristbands will not be replaced if they are stolen, damaged, lost, or destroyed. If you do not have your wristband, you will be denied entry to the event.
  • Wristbands are not transferable.
  • Some upgrades include a commemorative laminate. This laminate is not a substitute for a wristband. Upgrades are only applicable to the guest wearing the relevant wristband.
  • NO REFUNDS for attendees who do not meet these requirements. See “Refunds and Credits” section above.

4-Day Music Only Wristbands:

  • Purchaser agrees NOT to stay at Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino on the event dates, September 10-13, 2025, whether as a non-registered guest on someone else's Bender reservation or on a reservation booked outside the Bender Reservations system.
  • Purchasers are responsible for checking all purchase requirements, including age and identification requirements. No refunds will be processed for attendees who are denied entry due to not having met these requirements.
  • If the above conditions are violated, the wristband holder shall forfeit their wristband for the remainder of the event—(IF AVAILABLE), may purchase a Bender Jamboree package, paying the difference between the original wristband and the package plus applicable fees, or may forfeit their unauthorized reservation and seek lodging elsewhere.
  • NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS will be issued for any reason. See “Refunds and Credits” section above.

Timeshare:

  • An exception to this policy shall be extended to Westgate Timeshare owners. Westgate Timeshare owners may attend the 2025 Bender Jamboree by purchasing a 4-Day wristband only.

Photographic / AV equipment:

  • This policy governs photo, video, and audio recording at Bender Jamboree. Artist-specific policies may supersede.
  • These policies protect artists' likenesses. Your cooperation shows respect.

ALLOWED DEVICES:

  • Guests can use consumer-grade cameras, phones, or disposable cameras. No detachable lenses are allowed.

UNALLOWED DEVICES:

  • No professional cameras are allowed without media credentials.

ALLOWED USAGE:

  • Guests may capture photos, videos, and audio for personal use unless prohibited by the artist.

DISALLOWED USAGE:

  • Guests cannot broadcast any event content without permission from Bender Presents.

CONSENT:

  • Attendees consent to the use of their image, likeness, action, and statement in any recorded media.

MEDIA / PROFESSIONAL USE:

  • Photographers must be on editorial assignment with an outlet that publishes music, entertainment, event, and/or cultural coverage.
  • Photographers and/or videographers will NOT be credentialed for freelance, portfolio, spec, or personal website work.
  • Media credentials MUST be approved in advance. All requests must be submitted no less than 60 days prior to the event date to be considered.
  • Be aware that your submission DOES NOT guarantee approval. We reserve the right to approve or fully deny any press requests partially.

Currency:

  • Unless otherwise indicated, all prices are expressed in US dollars and include applicable hotel taxes, resort fees, administrative fees, and 9% Nevada Live Entertainment Tax.
  • Taxes and fees are subject to change without notice.

Credit Card Chargebacks:

  • Any attempt to reclaim any portion of funds paid via credit card by chargeback shall constitute an act of fraud and shall be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
  • In the event of a credit card chargeback initiated against Bender Presents by attendee or the agents of attendee, in addition to any other amounts due to Bender Presents here under, attendee shall be liable to Bender Presents for any costs and fees incurred by Bender Presents (including, without limitation, all attorney’s fees, costs of debt collection or in respect of any legal action taken by Bender Presents) in connection with amounts due hereunder.

Pricing Errors:

  • If the amount that you pay for an item is incorrect or fees are not added, regardless of whether it is a system error, a price error posted on our website, or otherwise communicated to you, or you are able to order an item before its scheduled on-sale date, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to charge you the difference. This policy will apply regardless of how the error occurred.

Scalping:

  • Purchaser agrees not to re-sell or offer to re-sell any wristband or package at a premium or to use any of the wristbands for advertising, promotional, or other commercial purposes (including competitions) without the prior written consent of the Bender Presents.
  • If your wristband is sold or used in violation of this condition, the bearer of the wristband may be denied admission to the event.
  • NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS will be issued for any reason. See “Refunds and Credits” section above.

Miscellaneous:

  • This Agreement, which you accept upon use of the Site or the Services (including the Payment Plan), constitutes the entire agreement between you, Bender Presents, and Bender Jamboree regarding the use of the Site and Services. It supersedes any prior agreements between you, Bender Presents, and the Bender Jamboree related to your use of the Site or Services. FAQs found on the Site are for informational purposes only and shall not be deemed to be part of this Agreement.
  • Purchasers are responsible for ensuring that they and their guests meet all purchase requirements, including age and identification requirements. No refunds will be processed for attendees who are denied entry due to not having met these requirements. See the “Refunds and Credits” section.

COVID-19 Warning:

  • An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any place where people gather. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. You assume all risks, hazards, and dangers arising from or relating in any way to the risk of contracting a communicable disease or illness—including, without limitation, exposure to COVID-19 or any other bacteria, virus, or other pathogen capable of causing a communicable disease or illness, whether that exposure occurs before, during, or after the event, and regardless of how caused or contracted—and you hereby waive any and all claims and potential claims against Bender Presents, AJ Presents INC, Westgate Resorts, and any affiliated companies—relating to such risks, hazards, and dangers.
  • We reserve the right to make any modifications to our terms as required to conform to health and safety protocols.

Limitation of Liability:

  • By attending the event, you voluntarily assume all risks incidental to the event, including injury and death, whether occurring prior to, during, or following the event. You hereby release the Event Organizer (Bender Presents) and its affiliates, partners, employees, service providers, and representatives from any claim related to, arising out of, or incidental to the event or your presence thereat.
  • Any inquiry or claim against the cost of your reservation shall be a matter between you and the party who is insuring your risk.
  • You assume all risks between the time of your arrival and departure from the BenderJamboree. Bender Presents does not insure any risk of attendees.

Event Organizer:

RezMagic is not the manager, organizer, promoter, producer, or venue operator (“Event Organizer”) of the Bender Jamboree. RezMagic is the online reservation agent for and on behalf of the Event Organizer. The Event Organizer is Bender Presents. Purchaser agrees that any dispute arising from this agreement falls under the jurisdiction of Clark County, Las Vegas, Nevada. Only packages or wristbands purchased from the Event Organizer through authorized outlets are valid for admission. Event Organizer reserves the right to alter artists scheduled to perform at this event if determined to be necessary. Bender Jamboree reserves the right to increase published prices. In the event of an increase, only new reservations will be affected. Any reservations made prior to the increase will be protected at the rate they were booked at. The Event Organizer reserves the right to deny admission for reasons including, without limitation: intoxication, disorderly behavior, failure to observe lawful direction, possession of voided wristbands, or safety precautions—NO REFUNDS for attendees who do not meet these requirements.


Denial of Entry:

Bender Presents reserves the right to deny admission for any reason, including, without limitation: intoxication, fever, disorderly behavior, failure to observe lawful direction, possession of voided wristbands, and failure to observe health and safety measures. NO REFUNDS will be issued for attendees who are denied entry or expelled from the event with cause. See the “Refunds and Credits” section.
